Q: Why don't you ship to P.O. Boxes?

The delivery services we use do not ship packages to P.O. Boxes. The website currently only offers FedEx as a carrier. If you would like to use another carrier, please contact our customer service team. 

Q: Can I ship by a carrier other than FedEx, or pay by my own account?

FedEx is the only option available online. However, by telephone we can set up shipments with most major international delivery services, including DHL and UPS, and we can charge shipping to your accounts. To do this, please contact a customer service team to do this. A $3.75 handling fee applies to all non-web orders.

Q: Can I collect my order from your Portland office, via Will Call?

We offer Will Call for telephone orders, but not on the website. 

Q: Do you ship orders the same day?

Orders of in-stock items received by 2:29pm PST Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays, are shipped same day. Orders received after 2:30pm PST are shipped on the next business day.

Due to our extensive selection of products, some items may be backordered. We will contact you within 24 hours (excluding weekends and US holidays) if any portion of your order is backordered. Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email confirmation including a tracking number.

Q: What happens if I am not available to sign for my order?

If you will not be at the shipping address to accept delivery of your product, consider shipping the item to an address where you or someone you trust will be available to sign for your package. Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. After three delivery attempts, the package will be held at a local depot for up to 5 business days. Most of our shipments contain valuable parts and therefore we like to ensure that our customers receive their products safely. In most cases a business with a reception desk, can have the receptionist accept and sign for the package.

Q: Will customs import duties or fees be applied to my order?

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs import duties and/or taxes based on the destination country. If assessed, additional customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to predict or control customs charges as they are levied by the destination country.
